- Smart, friendly, and collaborative consultants - Consultants have chances to step up and take pivotal project responsibilities and meet with - Current company strategy makes sense and is being pursued strongly - Managers are good mentors and can be trusted to lead projects well - Compared to other consuilting firms, hours aren't bad - Company is looking to grow significantly

- Review process is somewhat unclear and infrequent (once a year) - Large amount of staff on bench, but more projects are on the horizon - Personal initiative is required to be involved with internal processes or staffed on projects
