Pros

-Chilled out and flexible environment based on your team. -Good Table Tennis players. -Really good company if you want to get into retail and understand the complete flow -PTO's are more as compared to other companies in bay area as they don't have thanksgiving off ;)

Cons

-If you are a new grad and want to learn something new, build out challenging products then this is not the place for you. You will end up building services which will are again integrated with other services. An ideal Service Oriented Architecture. -There are very few teams who actually do interesting stuff by doing classification, data mining etc. -Very few teams follow strict code review process. You will not learn different types of design patterns, best coding practices etc. (This applies if you are a techie guy) -The average age of employees is much higher and there a lot of contractors. -The upper management only sees at the outcome no matter how you do it. There is no long term vision about scalability, maintainability, cost of ownership etc. -Lot of politics within the team as well.
