Pros

Work at a big name company. Good for your resume.

Cons

Managers at the Reston Technology center are sneaky, deceitful, and untrustworthy. Nobody really enjoyed working there. The turnover was pretty high too

Pros

The company believe in training and building up their employees. They want to see you succeed as an employee and will invest their time and money to train you properly with pay. Great work environment. Lots of entry level and professional job opportunities. Many opportunities to grow within the company. Great Management team.

Cons

Not that many cons. Great work place but salary managers have to work long hours a day but don't get paid for overtime work.
