Pros

Good discounts Good external benefits with other companies Annual bonus (doubt it will be there in a few years) Great colleagues many of whom are now friends

Cons

Management hide in the office all day Taking time off sick due to work related injuries and they threaten to take away your role and stick you on checkouts rather than address the real issue Very hard to book holidays as management never approve it Long shifts Trying too hard to be like other supermarkets and loosing that special touch they once had

Pros

Cons

Poor management, inflexible working hours, unrealistic targets, cultist environment and overall my worst job ever!
