Pros

Valorem management has taken the time to build a foundation to build upon. Given the continued 'hyper growth' mode, having this foundation will help as unanticipated situations are encountered. Leadership is focused on employee satisfaction and spends an inordinate amount of time on efforts to ensure the well being of the team. Open to new ideas, hiring experienced managers to fill gaps, willing to change if something's not working.

Cons

The pace is fast. Management does not have all the answers. Customers are demanding (where are they not). Perhaps a bit too much chaos, but given the growth, it is to be expected.

Pros

Pay, workspace, company events, free snacks and drinks, trendy area with lots of options for lunch, work with very talented people.

Cons

It's a newer growing company and it has some growing pains. Parking is far, some negative people but overall it's a great work environment.

Pros

You'll meet some talented colleagues and get to work on a great deal of Microsoft projects.

Cons

Silent layoffs with colleagues disappearing without notice or explanation. Hours allocated to projects rarely reflect actual workload — employees are expected to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously with low allocation per project, tight timelines, and high quality standards to meet client expectations during presentations. Consistent pressure from leadership to be more cross-functional, take on additional responsibilities, and drive 100% renewal of existing client contracts. Many colleagues are based in Kochi, India, requiring employees to work extended hours or adjust their schedules to bridge the communication and time zone gap. Paid below market rate.
