Welcome to Corporate America where the rich get richer at the expense of the employees. Where they don't give a flip about the people that actually keep the company afloat. As long as their bonuses are better each quarter. Where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. There was a time that I could honestly say this was the best company I had ever worked for. Now? It's all about numbers. The raises are laughable. The bonuses for the employees are laughable. And starting in 2016 the OT is changing to put more money in managements pocket, again at the expense of the people who carry this company. I would say don't work here. But unfortunately, they only hire temps now. Well, when we don't have a hiring freeze. Heed my warning
