Pros
They are a large company with good benefits. They have a lot of resources versus much of their competition. Global. They look to be trying to diversify away from typical distribution model of just buying and selling.
Cons
Much of the management is new. Organization is very matrixed and very slow. Not sure of their decision process. Much of the management is more concerned with personal career versus advancing the business.
