      Great colleagues and working atmosphere.

      Some of the managers were there only for the money but not to contribute to the company.

      Good products need investment

      Nice people and pay and conditions are good. Products are good but R&D is behind the industry.

      Poor customer service ethos and confused go to market strategy. Sales channels are under developed

      absolutely no strategy leaves room for personal strategies performance is not valued because it does not make sense without meaningful goals new management does not take over responsibility to move things forward
