      Pros

      Nice colleagues, smart people that you can learn from. Interesting job with a variety of issues that you work on. Middle salary for the branch.

      Cons

      Dumb management. Every new boss is expected to make things better, but it happens exactly the oposite. For the 5 years that I've worked here we changed 3 managers and each new one is way worse than the previous

      The current CEO is trying to right the ship

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs and low morale. Mid and lower level Management seems incapable or unable to make even simple decisions. Overall the organization is top down driven and very slow moving,. it often lacks transparency, honesty, integrity, creativity, energy and clear communications.
