      Remote work. Can’t think of anything else.

      Where should I start? Unethical management that practices all kinds of discrimination, US jobs being offshore to cheap Eastern European destinations, older employees getting axed every year, no merit based promotions, no product focus (what product), no transparency in bonus payouts, increments or promotions.
