Cons
Siemens is neither feared by their competitors nor loved by their customers. In a word, the management team at all levels is “awful”. Jumping from one failed project to another, management lacks integrity and accountability. This organization has been shrinking for better than 10 years. Moving from one customer crisis to another, the customer support organization manages to the exceptions not the rule. The work force is aging and morale is rock bottom.
