They leave you alone to do your job, probably because nobody in upper management really knows anything technical.
Cons
No raises in four years, 100% cut of 401(k) match, triple contribution to benefits in one year, no bonuses, and layoff after layoff. There is no direction and every single decision made here is with the focus on this quarter. Long term vision or planning does not exist here in any way, shape or form.
