      Pros

      Good tech with great customers who have stuck with the company while they are transitioning to a software or is it a services company

      Cons

      Atos acquisition may give the company some direction great people but many have already left the business Constant layoffs and change of direction causes

      Pros

      It's still developing SSC in Sofia, Bulgaria and is changing dinamicly. This is reason to face with a lot of challenges and problmes, which is pretty good expirinece.

      Cons

      Some bad managment decisions on a local level and stress. Demotivation because of the 40 times difference between external managment and employees salaries.
