Excellent heritage and strong EMEA brand recognition. Global reach with a solid legacy product portfolio. Excellent processes based on Siemens AG affiliation

Cons

Portfolio is to broad to be good in any one area. Need to bring focus and make some quick decisions. Difficult to move a large company with deep roots in the german labor market

People in the company are young and there is not much pressure in the everyday tasks. The office atmosphere is in general relaxed.

Cons

Not many chances to advance your position and/or your salary. Technolologies used to develop software are a bit old and the company does not keep employees up to date with the newest technologies.

Still some great people around - some good products and good structures and processes from the "old" time as part of the Siemens company.

Cons

New Top Management only interested in figures - targets are unrealistic - no development for people
