Pros

Learned about the market. People are friendly to an extent. Please note that I worked here briefly in an internship in Spain. The company is undergoing a lot of problems due to the crisis and there was very little work when I got hired. I was in the sales department and I had to help design the solutions for the customers according to their needs (and there were very few customers)

Cons

People lost proactivity due to the crisis. Schedules were not enforced and even my manager seemed to come and go as he pleased.

The woking groups are very nice, pretty much all sites are on good locations, it is aiming into modernizing and seems to be moving in the right direction.

Cons

Currently partially owned and being ran by an investment group, lacks money for investment, short term goals are taking precedence over long term ones.
