Pros

Great balance between life and work, enabling the "anywhere worker" culture. Due to complexity of integration among different systems is possible to learn a lot about company organization, process, tools, roles and responsibilities. Very good environment to work, a good place to build strong network and even friendship outside the company.

Cons

The company needs a more agressive strategy regarding benefits and salaries.

Cons

Very Slow growth of employees in the organisation. Salaries are very less. Training programs on new products is almost nill. only 1 or 2 persons are trained and they have to train other on field.
