      Difficult and mismanaged

      Pros

      The pay was good but other then that, not much else

      Cons

      I worked very long hours, reaching 80 hours a week. There was a disregard for the employee's well being with many deprived of sleep during a shift. I also think there was a disconnect between ground services and the airline itself as flights were drastically increased despite being incredibly shorthanded. Don't expect them to care for you or respect you.

      Pros

      Excellent people and climate, reason enough to join and not ever leave. Diverse set of technologies used. Management lets those in the know have power over the way of implementing requests and change things as needed. Good work-life balance. 1 extra day for vacation each year, on top of those already provided by law. Work hours strictly in bounds, although I have no clear picture of those who are on-call. Extra 100 Euros monthly restaurant card provided. Options for in-company mobility to different roles and projects.

      Cons

      Huge legacy codebase and strictly defined deadlines leave little room and time for innovation. There are always new things to implement and fixes to perform on existing code, therefore innovation is very incremental and small in scope, and truly overhauling existing products or creating something groundbreaking needs a structured vision and planning that does not yet exist.

      Pros

      The management and people who work here. They care very much about their consultants and clients. They offer state of the art modern training programs which help us grow. We have really decent client partners and companies who treat us with respect. I do like working here and adore my manager. He is the best.

      Cons

      The base pay is decent. They really need to up the anti with an annual bonus plan. Investing in 401k’s right now is pretty risky.
