Excellent people and climate, reason enough to join and not ever leave. Diverse set of technologies used. Management lets those in the know have power over the way of implementing requests and change things as needed. Good work-life balance. 1 extra day for vacation each year, on top of those already provided by law. Work hours strictly in bounds, although I have no clear picture of those who are on-call. Extra 100 Euros monthly restaurant card provided. Options for in-company mobility to different roles and projects.
Cons
Huge legacy codebase and strictly defined deadlines leave little room and time for innovation. There are always new things to implement and fixes to perform on existing code, therefore innovation is very incremental and small in scope, and truly overhauling existing products or creating something groundbreaking needs a structured vision and planning that does not yet exist.
