      Pros

      Ability to work from home and flexibility is what keeps me here - it is really good.

      Cons

      Too much management and bureaucracy. No pay rise since joining (5 years!) seems to be lack of recognition of dedicated employees Too much cost cutting at the moment (while required) it means that Unify is not the best place to work right now - the employee gets a salary that's it - no frills added!!

      Nice working environment, free cafe, tea, drink, wonderful colleagues, etc.

      Cons

      Slow business, no bonus, salary increasement & promotion, cutting employee every few months

      You arrive when you want and work for 8 hours, many technologies to learn, good environment , friendly people.

      Cons

      Hard to get a raise, the management does not seek to make the best use of the people
