      Pros

      Good salary level and social package, met quite some good professionals there, central location in downtown Sofia, plans for personal training plan and some travels to Germany, heavy international exposure

      Cons

      Huge chaos, management behaves like they are there just for a while, colleagues feel bad and behave bad in some cases to each other, too much politics and competition. Overall attitude is "find your way" without structure, direction, etc. No processes in place, no procedures, handover process not organized well. Tension!
