      Good products, can't be sold, very poorly managed

      Pros

      Good people to work with, occasionally interesting work. Products are not exactly cutting edge, but not obsolete off the shelf like some places.

      Cons

      Extremely poorly managed, never once in 16 years hit even a quarterly target. Always technically excellent, yet single digit market penetration.

      Pros

      People are nice, the environment is relaxed, the demands are low and expectations too. The salary is basic to medium and always on time.

      Cons

      Time passes by slowly in Unify. Products are planned but never released, goals are not met, ages are spent planning but not doing. Do not expect to be listened to or be appreciated or missed. It is like you are transparent and you never know who will dismiss your work in the chain of command which will eventually always be outside Greece.
