      Pros

      Company takes care of those that do well. The organization really encourages and aids in career progression and growth.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be frustrating when dealing with communication with other studios if they happen to be a mainly French speaking. It would be advantageous if you're French speaking.

      Pros

      Good work life balance, company has recently adopted flexi timings. management work hard to keep employees happy. you get to see some good movies funded by company, free breakfast, subsidized lunch, you get chocolates and fruits once a week. you get to work on some very good projects.

      Cons

      - They pay very less to their employees (keep them on 6 month contract and keep extending it). i have seen people with more than 2 years of experience working as trainee, getting paid less than 15k. - Absolutely no chance of getting full time after completing 6 month internship. - Yearly salary review and hike is pretty low (2-10%) - Politics - Yes - You are expected more and provided less (less resources higher expectation) - Talented people leaving company after working for years because their talent not being awarded. - Company do nothing for the growth of employees. - Apart from it there is no cab facility. and yeah Beware of some bullies in the company
