Pros

The working environment is great here. All are friendly in nature. If you are a gamer its a best place to work for. You will find all genre of games here and opportunity to work on them.

Cons

First and main Con is low salary. How much you work here with full dedication and interest your salary will not be increased nor your work will be appreciated. At appraisal time you will get a hike of 5% or none and your senior will tell you that " you have got a good hike, more than in any S/W company'. As a tester there is no growth here unless you know or is a friend of some senior person in QC or Prod side. For a good appraisal you don't have to work, u just have to focus on how to impress my team leader. At last comes the HR, which is a total waste of money. Their job in this company is only to organize childish events on every festival or to distribute chocolates and fruits.

Pros

Work/Life Balance at its Best.

Cons

Whatever your talent, you need to be politically skilled if you want to advance in your team and within the organization itself. Also, once you're in a given position, it's extremely hard to advance/change team; I've seen many people just leaving the company, get some experience somewhere else, then come back to negotiate a better position then the one they had when they left.

Pros

Work on the games you like. Great crowd of people Can be challenging at times so you can learn a lot. Lately, the studio is getting involved more in our core title lineup so this means more visibility for everyone

Cons

Not enough advancement opportunities. Changing jobs/teams is not an established process. Part of the studio management is ... not up to the task The attitude of the "Main Studios" (Montreal, Annecy, Paris) towards the Buc studio is not the greatest and the local leads don't really stand up to the "higher-ups" even when they know that the requests made are not right.
