      - competitive salary & benefits package - fun, diverse and dynamic environment - lots of cool merch

      Cons

      - incompetent management who take recognition for work done by juniors - extra work not recognised and impossible to progress or move teams as your direct manager/department lead has the final say - uses the 'we're still a start-up' excuse when convenient

      Pros

      Fascinating product and potential, the "place to be", smart, dynamic and cool work colleagues. Nice offices, comfortable pay and some perks. Overall a good atmosphere, an opportunity to learn a lot and very fast. I would recommend it to anyone willing to learn and discover, but being ready to be very flexible - potentially exposed to (multiple) sudden changes.

      Cons

      Seems to be very different from one office to another, from one team to another. Huge pressure from top management, turning local managers (initially nice & smart people) into much less human people. Sad, saw overall morale going very down. People try to survive and it becomes very political & friendships-based, while initially the atmosphere was great.
