Amazing product Fast growth and strong strategy creating great opportunities Good salary and advantages. Good work life balance on my side

Cons

People level and capabilities varies a lot. Some of the greatest managers I ever had, and some of the worst. HR strategy and development plans are inexistant, you need to build your career yourself. Some internal transfers are really badly managed
