Pros
Good place to start career in Publishing Industry. Salary on time.
Cons
Worst HR department. Non-Employee friendly Monopoly of Top level managers. Very strict working condition, comparable to Nazi Concentration Camps. Only 1, half an hour break in entire day. Cannot step out of office building apart from the break. Cannot use Mobile phone within office premises. No scope of attaining higher profile within the company Lots of compelled stay-backs. No perks/No Mediclaim policy. Yearly salary increments are withheld for 10+ months. Very easy to get yourself fired, just annoy the ED and see ;)
