Pros
My experience in Thomson Digital was wonderful in terms of learning and also it was challenging. What makes Thomson Digital different from other companies is its culture. The company rules are strict and it makes you very discipline. Also, one gets to learn many things.
Cons
The are not many disadvantages. However, one flip side is that Thomson Digital is quite traditional company in some sense. Some processes which one can't find anywhere still exist in this company. For example, one needs to stand in a queue to get his/her allowances.
