      There are no pros at all!

      The list is long. I joined as a fresh graduate and working there did leave a trauma. Amateurish management and leadership, lack of ethical practices (forced labor), non respect of employees' rights and welfare and let us not talk about the working culture there which is awful

      In my opinion(and that's my personal one), not at all ! Three you can find any pros. Even if you are recently graduated from colleage and struggling to get any job, yet you must not join. I tell you why. Please scroll down......

      Cons

      1. Very negative work environment 2. Every one felt scary being in premises . That's fear can from eating at desk and being caught, fear of having a sip of Tea at tea machine. And fear of being late to office consequently deduction in salary. 3. Very less opportunity to grow personally and monetary. 4. Stereched working hour and you will get 40 INR for every additional hour. I don't know what currently they are paying. 5. No work life balance , you can be asked to come on sunday. Don't worry Saturday is working.

      I am working full-time in Thomson digital.the rule is very strict and forget to live our personal Life.pathetic life
