      Lots of room for development and personal advancement, great office atmosphere, access to the world's leading business executives in all kinds of industries and in-depth exposure to various sectors of the economy, management that really engages with each employee. All in all its a great place to work! Don't work here if you want to hide behind your desk - if you are driven, hardworking and outgoing, this is the right working environment, especially at the beginning of your career

      Sometimes long hours (but it all boils down to own time management).

      Very open and engaged management team, fast career progression (if you show commitment to the companies success), challenging work (there are always new challenges to overcome), management team will empower their employees and be open to creative/unconventional approaches to problem solving, one of the most intelligent groups of people I have ever worked with - unlike larger corporates you will find that at Cognolink every member of the team will bring valuable insights to the table, very tightly knit team brought together by weekly social activities (even after having left I and others find ourselves going back regularly)

      Cons

      pay is on par with big 4 - this also means don't go in expecting investment banking salaries and massive bonuses, although good performance will still be rewarded adequately

      Energetic startup that is led by two founders who truly believe in and trust their staff A merit based environment where individual contribution is widely recognized Opportunities for advancements & international travel Concept of “company values” is enforced at all levels including decision such as hiring and promotions

      Work can be tough and challenging. You should be a self-starter and you really need to be quick at understanding industry value chains
