Pros

I've been with Third Bridge with a little more than 2 years. What I find so amazing about this company is that Third Bridge cares for each employee. Growth & Development The company grows very fast both in size and revenues, and has never stopped creating more value for clients and the employees for the past 10 years. Various opportunities are open to current employees and new joiners, with dedicated training and support. Professional & Collaborative Very often, global teams work very closely on the same projects, which allows researchers to understand what they are working on from a very broadened perspective. At the same time, you see on-going professional training on work ethics, business case studies and position-based growth, etc. Transparent and Engaging A lot of decisions are made not from top to down, but from down to top. You can actually notice your voices are being heard and responded every time you share opinions. The C-suites don't seem to be distant as they travel and communicate with global teams regularly. They always deliver clear messages in time to avoid unnecessary confusion. A number of programs, such as the Third Bridge alumni program and exchange program, create the opportunities for employees to learn about how each office operates in different markets, and about how Third Bridge started as Cognolink in London, then became such an amazing fast-growing global company. First Class Collaborators First-class clients, first-class colleagues, first-class mindset and ideas shared

Cons

Despite quite rewarding with a lot of training provided, plus plenty social events/team building to help balance work and balance, it could be frustrating for some new joiners to work with sophisticated clients on various requests as fresh graduates.

Hello!, Thank you very much for your detailed review. We are glad to hear that you are experiencing a very positive time here at Third Bridge and yet all of this while making an incredible difference to the team. You have touched on many of the things that make Third Bridge a really great place to work, and through this we strongly value the feedback. We appreciate that the company does need to work hard at branding itself better and we are in the process of doing this. We have a very good induction program, where employees are given a proper induction and are given a warm welcome when they join the company. If we get the culture, the values and the correct work ethos of the company that fits in with the company's mission then we are in line to become a truly world-class company. Sometimes these things take time but rest assured that we are fixing issues as and when we see them coming. As always, please feel free to send us an email with suggestions at theteam@thirdbridge.com. Thank you again for your review. We wish you much more success. - Team Third Bridge

Hi, Many thanks for taking your time to write this review. We highly appreciate it. It is nice to read that you were impressed with the compensation structure and the direct contact with the leadership, as these are two of the main things that we have been trying so hard to improve. We want all of our employees to openly approach the senior management with whatever issues they may have because if you do not speak up then it is very difficult for the company to improve. We are bit concerned that you mention there is limited amount of scope to improve/ develop Excel and PPT skills and also analytical skills, especially as the the vast majority of the jobs involve employees to have an analytical mind. We do offer Fitch Learning which has a whole section on PPT and another training on Excel. You can get in touch with the Learning and Development team to arrange a training session for yourself if you want. Brand awareness is something we are working on, and our strategy is to start with the US and EMEA and then work towards other markets (namely China and India as well). Thank you again for writing this review as it can only help Third Bridge get better. We wish you much more success in your career. If you have any other suggestions, then please feel free to get in touch with us at theteam@thirdbridge.com. - Team Third Bridge

A great company

Pros

It sounds like a cliche but the best thing about this company is the people, and I think the people are also why the company is successful. Working here you feel as though everyone is working towards the same thing and celebrating achievements together. People really care about doing a good job and take pride in what they do, something I think is quite rare given conversations with my friends about their jobs. I think that the ones who have complaints have never worked anywhere else, so they have nothing to compare it to.

Cons

There are no significant cons that I can think of. If there were any, I wouldn't work here.

Hi, Many thanks for taking time to write this review. We totally agree with your comments that it is the people who make all the difference. While this is true for any company, it is very much so the fact here at Third Bridge. The company invests heavily in people development and training and making sure that we are adapting to ways of working. As an example, the HR and L&D teams are going through planning a new initiative which will allow the company to be more transparent with employees and also give the employees a chance to voice their ideas and opinions directly to the management rather than on Glassdoor or social media (which we welcome as well!). We are also looking at ways in which we can hire experienced staff from outside of the company and also to develop and equip internally promoted managers with the right skills and tools. Thanks again for your time and effect. If you have any other suggestions, then please feel free to send us an email at theteam@thirdbridge.com. Wishing you the very best! - Team Third Bridge
