Pros
I've been with Third Bridge with a little more than 2 years. What I find so amazing about this company is that Third Bridge cares for each employee.
Growth & Development
The company grows very fast both in size and revenues, and has never stopped creating more value for clients and the employees for the past 10 years.
Various opportunities are open to current employees and new joiners, with dedicated training and support.
Professional & Collaborative
Very often, global teams work very closely on the same projects, which allows researchers to understand what they are working on from a very broadened perspective. At the same time, you see on-going professional training on work ethics, business case studies and position-based growth, etc.
Transparent and Engaging
A lot of decisions are made not from top to down, but from down to top. You can actually notice your voices are being heard and responded every time you share opinions. The C-suites don't seem to be distant as they travel and communicate with global teams regularly. They always deliver clear messages in time to avoid unnecessary confusion. A number of programs, such as the Third Bridge alumni program and exchange program, create the opportunities for employees to learn about how each office operates in different markets, and about how Third Bridge started as Cognolink in London, then became such an amazing fast-growing global company.
First Class Collaborators
First-class clients, first-class colleagues, first-class mindset and ideas shared
Cons
Despite quite rewarding with a lot of training provided, plus plenty social events/team building to help balance work and balance, it could be frustrating for some new joiners to work with sophisticated clients on various requests as fresh graduates.
