Hi, Many thanks for taking your time to write this review. We highly appreciate it. It is nice to read that you were impressed with the compensation structure and the direct contact with the leadership, as these are two of the main things that we have been trying so hard to improve. We want all of our employees to openly approach the senior management with whatever issues they may have because if you do not speak up then it is very difficult for the company to improve. We are bit concerned that you mention there is limited amount of scope to improve/ develop Excel and PPT skills and also analytical skills, especially as the the vast majority of the jobs involve employees to have an analytical mind. We do offer Fitch Learning which has a whole section on PPT and another training on Excel. You can get in touch with the Learning and Development team to arrange a training session for yourself if you want. Brand awareness is something we are working on, and our strategy is to start with the US and EMEA and then work towards other markets (namely China and India as well).
