We are sorry to hear that there were some elements of your time with us that did not meet your expectations. Regarding management, it is true that we often have first time managers, as we take pride in promoting from within. Many, if not all, have firsthand experience in the entry-level roles you mentioned before stepping into a management position. Each new Manager participates in a comprehensive training programme, which continues as they grow into their roles. Regarding your comments about targets and working overtime, we recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this may mean working longer hours at times.
