Thank you for sharing your review. We are glad to see that you enjoyed things like the opportunities to learn in your role, the salary and the fun working environment. We are sorry, however, to hear that some elements of your experience did not meet expectations. Regarding work life balance and your comments about the role being results-based, we recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this may mean working longer hours at times. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused, including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes. We know that this type of environment may not be suited to everyone, but we find our environment is well-suited for individuals who embrace a competitive atmosphere, are motivated by target achievement, and appreciate public recognition for their contributions. We strive to create a workplace where driven professionals can thrive and advance. We take your comments about the workplace being a toxic environment very seriously. So we would love to hear from you directly at theteam@thirdbridge.com if you would feel comfortable discussing your feedback with us further.

Pros

- Good base pay for Graduates - Rejection Handling and Calling skills (The work is 90% calling for the first 3 months)

Cons

- Poor management, you might be under 24–25-year-old "managers" who have had no formal training or experience being managers - You are expected to work around the clock, updates on Saturdays, working at nighttime after working hours. It's the nature of the work and it's daily. - It's a call centre job. You might hear promotional material about the various projects, but the work is basically leaving voice mails and cold calling people.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are happy to hear that you appreciated the salary and the outreach skills you were able to gain during your time with us. Regarding management, it is true that we often have first-time managers, as we take pride in promoting from within. Many, if not all, have firsthand experience in the entry-level roles you mentioned before stepping into a management position. Each new Manager participates in a comprehensive training programme, which continues as they grow into their roles. We recognise that leadership development takes time, and we remain committed to continuously reviewing and enhancing our training and resources to ensure all employees feel fully supported. We also appreciate your comments about the role itself. We aim to be as open and transparent as possible in the job description, so that new team members have realistic and informed expectations from day one. We recognise the importance of clear communication about the nature of the work involved and appreciate that this type of role may not be suited to everyone. Thank you again for your review and please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly at theteam@thirdbridge.com, should you want to discuss your experience further. Your feedback is really important to us to help us make improvements.
