Pros

- The pay is decent, especially for an entry-level role. - Some genuinely nice colleagues who try their best. - The company provides MacBooks and decent office snacks/perks, which are nice little bonuses

Cons

- Micromanagement is pervasive: There’s almost zero trust from above. You’re told exactly how many calls to make, what time you must be in the office, and your every move is tracked. This kills any sense of autonomy or professionalism. - Favouritism is rife: If you’re not part of the “in” group you’ll find yourself doing the same metrics as everyone else but with less support, less recognition, and slower or no movement up. - Metrics > people: It’s metrocratic to a fault. Targets are fixed and never adjusted for unforeseen circumstances (other than PTO). If a client is slow, work volume drops or external factors intervene, nothing compensates. - Flexibility has steadily decreased: At one point you could work more remotely or have some trust; now the expectation is in-office attendance for roles that could easily be remote. The “flexibility” promise is mostly gone. - Senior leadership is toxic and micromanages two or more levels down: People in leadership roles (team leads, managers) often have little real world experience outside Third Bridge, and yet they’re accountable for everything - which means they act insecure, overbearing, and play politics instead of supporting the team. - Culture of fear: The vibe is that you’re always 3 months away from being let go. Job security is low. Many leave or are pushed out rather than encouraged to stay and grow. - Little transferable skill building: A large proportion of the role is cold-calling or outreach - making 20-30 calls a day to un-vetted people. Even if you’re hitting targets, the work is extremely repetitive, and you don’t build as many meaningful or transferable skills as you might hope. - Internal mobility is tough: Moving around within the company is difficult and sometimes senior leadership blocks internal moves. It ends up that you’re stuck unless you leave altogether for something new (which is also difficult). - Work–life balance suffers: Due to the target-driven environment, long hours and weekend work happen. Few allowances are made for unusual circumstances and people are stressed all the time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you appreciate your teammates. We recognise that the role involves follow-ups and cold calling, as we’re client-facing, and we aim to ensure our team members have the support they need to succeed in this fast-paced environment. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and employee-focused to reflect this, including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes. We strive to be as transparent as possible about the day-to-day responsibilities in our job descriptions, so that we attract the right people for the role. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.

Cons

Work load is quite a lot but definitely it’s an opportunity to learn.
