Management cares about their employees, opportunity for good pay/raises, flexible scheduling, fast paced environment with a lot of different things to do. Management cares about maintaining standards so people who don’t take that part of their job seriously will probably not last long.

Cons

Short breaks for shifts over 7 hours and does not offer many benefits.
