You meet and interact with many nice and outgoing people. You get familiar with many of the customers that come in.

Cons

It is very busy at times. The pay is usually pretty low. It is very repetitive and gets slow and boring at times.

Pros

UPS Stores are franchises and are independently owned. Everything will depend on the owner of the particular store that you are working in. I had a great experience at the UPS Store as a part time job during college.

Cons

The job provides no benefits, and very limited career growth. the schedule during the Christmas season can be very hectic. Sometimes the customers can be rude.
