Pros

Decent Pay, Lots of employee events and activities, Holiday gifts

Cons

Company is too big to care about each team, so your manager/supervisor is what your entire career life will be. Poor team management. Any change takes too much time ("IF" it is approved)

Pros

Really great people to work with overall. Unlimited opportunities to assume additional work/responsibilities for professional growth. Many new faces on the executive leadership team that will hopefully be able to implement the ideas they are discussing, particularly related to D&I.

Cons

Quality of individual leaders ranks from really terrible to really great. Pay is low for office workers, and raises/promotions are not granted uniformly. HR is not trusted

Pros

Great onboarding and training, colleagues are all very capable and friendly, culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, mgmt is approachable and wants to see you succeed, the company switched to WFH for Covid and I believe there are plans to make that permanent

Cons

Pay is great if based on a 40 hour work week, but our department consistently works 60-70 hours per week. The job is high stress and it is difficult to take vacation time. Most people work while on vacation. Bonus potential maxes out at 5%, which is low considering how much extra time and effort employees dedicate to their jobs.
