      Pros

      Good people to work alongside, smart management Plenty of on the job training Room for growth Perfect for anyone with culinary experience looking to break into the sales world.

      Cons

      Meetings can be too long and tedious at times. Outdated technology. Insultingly cheap with feeding employees at meetings being the largest food purveyor in the world.

      Pros

      Oh my pressure, but fair. Good compensation plan. Offers excellent health insurance. High 401(k) match. More resources than any other company out there.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy of a large company, and office politics. Decisions are necessarily made on a very large scale that affect the entire company, regardless of demographics and geography in a certain area.
