Pros

- Work life balance, at 5 you're free to leave - Not much pressure as they don't care about clients - if you accept the status quo you can be there forever

Cons

- no corporate spirit, everyone is trying to take as less responsibility as possible and play his small game - middle management really mediocre except one or two cases, they know the job but no skills when it comes to people management, they only try to keep their privileges but 0 empathy for their team. - political environment - top down approach, you don't see things coming - hr is their to make things more difficult, they seem to apply to opposite of what healthy modern companies are applying nowadays.
