Pros

Changed from a once rather conservative employer to being quite an innovative one. The team were good & I enjoyed my time there

Cons

As in every company there are some small things, but really nothing worth writing about

Pros

People in the marketing department are great! Furthermore: growing opportunities (talent pool, HR initiatives, skill seminars, educational training), HR processes, intersting projects, low hierarchy rankings, easy to get promoted when skill level and input is sufficient

Cons

Low standing of marketing departement in the company, self-announced marketing experts in other departments cost loads of time spent to deal with, projects go around in circles, catastrophic IT department with questionable leaders, nonstopp restructuring, unstable team constellation

Pros

Smart colleagues. From time to time there are some good HR initiations to shows that people matters. Interesting job, good place to learn.

Cons

The company is intentionally under-staffed, hence the work-life balance is very bad. Due to the relatively small size of the company the carrier possibilities are limited.
