Pros

Great recognition from friends or family. Fast paced environment. Good benefits and nice extra perks like free breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Poor leadership in management. Terrible communication between management and everyone else. Innuendo amongst upper management. Extremely poor monetary compensation.

Future Growth - Charting an Uncertain future, Decent Benefits - Standard Wages

Cons

Outsourcing - Inexperienced and Untrained Foreign 'Consultants/Partners' running projects and day to day activities. Death of a Culture - New Management has decided that a 'Corporation' 'Modern' Culture wins over one that of a 'Small Company' / Family feel of the Older culture. Experienced Employees have been laid off or Leaving due to the above. Uncertain Future - Admittedly by Management the Future is still being figured out.
