Pros

I heart my manager and she had always done her very best to help me or anyone else under her. Giving them chance after chance after chance when they, or myself included shout have been at the very least written up or even fired due to negligence.

Cons

Pay sucks big time we should be paid based on job performance not what the big wigs think we should be paid they are way to money hungry and Narcissistic. Yep I just said that.

The food, store manager was cool

Cons

Owner of franchise tries to trick the sandwich artists. Will come in pretending to be a customer even though everyone has already met him and knows what he looks like. Complained I put the meat on the wrong side of the bread, gave him too many olives, etc.
