Pros

- Pay is above average for other entry help desk positions - Incentive plan which you can qualify for every 3 months and get a raise. - Management - Work/life balance

Cons

- Health insurance benefits aren't too great. It should be the most important thing for any company to make sure their employees are healthy! Especially Subway which is all about a healthy fast food alternative. Start with your employees!

the new hires are hit or miss. I have in fact had a sandwich artist hold a sandwich knife to me, threatening me.
