Pros

You can manage your own time. Free meals. Clean workplace. It feels little sercure for job as usually they don't fire people.

Cons

You don't get any benefits at all even as Store Manager(Most subway owners even don't respect labour rules for payment like overtime, stat etc.). No space to grow. No automatic raises unless you threat to leave. No respect or appreciation.

Pros

It was as reasonable an entry level job as any, to get by while in school.

Cons

After working there for a year and a half they cut my hours down to something like 4 or 8 per week, to "hire more people". In spite of the store operating perfectly well, management opted to get most of the staff to leave.
