Pros

Very easy application process. It is a fill in the blanks type. Also the interview process was just simple questions.

Cons

The franchise is always open - even on holidays. Also, it is definitely not a career path, unless you are looking to open your own franchise.

Pros

Fun easy, lively Customers rock, service is always, if you like dealing with people then it is a wonderful place to work

Cons

Lack of employees, When someone wants off you have to cover shift, very hard to meet labor goals and take time off when you dont have the people to work for you.

Pros

The work is easy. No intense work involved. The dress code is simple. Fun if you like working with food. Good balance between a calm environment and a fast-paced environment.

Cons

Cutting the onions. Not alot of employees (usually lik 6-8), so getting covered is highly unlikely depending on how reliable your co-workers are.
