free healthy food, interesting relations, takings to customers, funny, opportunity to meet interesting people, also my boss was very interesting person

Cons

low salary for years, boring, stupid management, owner pursuing only the money, not enough food at the end of the week, no perspective ($15 as manager is not perspective).

Very easy application process. It is a fill in the blanks type. Also the interview process was just simple questions.

Cons

The franchise is always open - even on holidays. Also, it is definitely not a career path, unless you are looking to open your own franchise.
