I only worked at Subway for three days.

Pros

The first day of training was good. The manager remains with a cheerful attitude and reassures you that you'll get the hang of things and not to worry.

Cons

I was the only employee working there. This means you must do everything on your own. Even when you're training. Manager leaves every 30 minutes to smoke outside. 95% of the job is cleaning and washing dishes. When you have nothing to do, you have to go back and re-clean the same things 5 times or re-label the food when they already have labels. They tell you get paid for training but you don't! At the end of the day, the manager took the "tip jar" that was for me, gave me all the cents and said that he was taking the $2 bills for himself. How rude!

- Good discounts on food - Good coworker relationships - There aren't that many pros but I have to write at least 20 words so here's another sentence

Cons

- Small stores can be overwhelmingly busy at peak hours or while events are happening nearby - There is always work to do, whether it's sandwich making, cleaning, baking, or otherwise preparing - Didn't get a break even for 6 hour shifts

The customers that became regulars because of the good service we gave.

Cons

Store mgr. Pay is lousy. They dont train management properly. They expect WAY to much for what they pay management.
