Pros
Easy to learn the procedures and how things work. Got along with most of my coworkers and developed friendships, made working fun and enjoyable. Discount on food was a plus. If i needed a day off i could easily get it off by management OR just asking someone to pick up my shift in return for me to take a shift for them later on.
Cons
Time goes by SO slow and i worked in a huge mall where it was always busy. Customers can be very particular and rude. Leave smelling like pickles and sub sauce. Since you get a discount you eat a lot when its slow, be careful not to gain weight!
