      Love the job and my coworkers.

      Cons

      Owner treats the store like his playground. Fires and hires without reason, messes with everyone's hours, with very little regard for worker needs and morale.

      Pros

      Discount of 50% one meal on shift and if you're lucky you can find at least one other person in the company that is willing work to complete tasks correctly in a timely manner. Scheduling can be flexible if you happen to have people that don't' call out regularly or end up in jail every month.

      Cons

      Continuously lied to about receiving pay raises for over two years. I worked for an independent owner of 5 stores and traveled to all five stores before all inspections to ensure quality condition of all equipment, cash and inventory (under the affirmation that I would receive a raise to make $9.00 an hour to compensate). I did this for five months to finally receive a 25 cent raise that put me at $8.50. When I discussed this with the owner/manager, she responded "I've never had anyone complain about receiving a raise!"

      I have no cons. Just had to move forward. So I went with a different company who could make that happen
