Legacy Booz & Co. was staffed with very intelligent people. Continually challenged with new/different projects; promoted in a timely manner

Cons

Transition with PwC was challenging and confusing; became more difficult to sell the brand after the combination, particularly with the re-branding.

Pros

I am constantly challenged and working with high-profile clients on critical issues. Partners extremely available and, in my experience, invested in your professional growth. Everyone super smart and driven, but it's more collegial and collaborative than competitive. I've grown tremendously since I joined two years ago.

Cons

Being part of PwC can be challenging at times, and there are still cultural divisions to navigate. Legacy Booz & Company (where my allegiance lies) has higher standards, so you can sometimes run into talent inconsistency when staffing projects.
